Panduit In-Ceiling Enclosures

structured cabling
PanZone® In-Ceiling Enclosures featuring a robust structural design, best-in-class thermal management and integrated cable slack manager for improved network reliability. The enclosures are available in active and passive versions to accommodate a full range of equipment with secure and accessible network connections. The PanZone® Active In-Ceiling Enclosure is used as a mini-telecommunications room capable of accommodating network switches and Uninterrupted Power Supplies (UPS).

PanZone® In-Ceiling Enclosures are constructed from lightweight aluminum for increased strength and easier installation. The robust door design with gas-assist cylinders supports a working load rating up to 50 lbs, preventing it from swinging freely for easier opening and increased safety.

A two-tier mounting bracket accommodates 2 RU of network equipment up to 17.5” deep and an additional 3 RU up to 13.5” deep for greater network design flexibility. Airflow has been optimized to improve heat dissipation of high wattage equipment including Power over Ethernet (PoE) enabled network switches and Uninterrupted Power Supplies (UPS). An integral horizontal slack manager standardizes patch cord lengths and prevents the cords from blocking side ventilation pathways. Additionally, this enables front accessible moves, adds, and changes with better overall cable management.

PanZone® In-Ceiling Enclosures are part of the most complete Zone Cabling System available enabling network infrastructure deployment with greater reliability, flexibility, and scalability.
